She returned to the Gold Coast in 2005 to be closer to her family and opened her private practice. She mainly sees patients for general gynaecology, with a special interest in vulvovaginal disease, urinary incontinence, laparoscopic surgery and assisted reproductive therapy.
Miriam also speaks fluent Cantonese.
Her patients appreciate her honesty and support, and her commitment to the best possible outcome and after-care follow up.
