Ben is a New Zealand born Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist with extensive clinical experience in both Australia and New Zealand. He moved with his family to Brisbane in 2009 to join QFG.
In addition to specialising as a gynaecologist, Ben has undertaken 3 years of advanced training in infertility and reproductive endocrinology. Ben has expertise in the investigation and management of all causes of infertility as well as a strong interest in infertility research. He is heavily involved with the activities of the Queensland Fertility Group research foundation and is a senior lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Queensland.
Ben has a special interest in advanced laparoscopic surgery and was the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society travelling fellow in 2008. His surgical practice focuses on endometriosis, fibroids and tubal surgery.
Ben prides himself on thorough investigation and evidence based management of complex infertility problems. He is approachable, kind, and enjoys an excellent relationship with his patients.
